Job summary

ABA Squad in St. Louis, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team serving children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will implement programs under a supervising BCBA, collect data, and train families as needed. We offer flexible scheduling across in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings, plus paid orientation, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow to full-time.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain (ABA Squad will cover costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Work Setting: In-home, In-clinic, School-based

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
