Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking part-time RBTs to support children with autism across in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings. You will implement programs and collect data under supervision, while training parents and ensuring proper documentation for insurance guidelines.

Flexibility with a part-time schedule and potential growth to full-time is offered, with company backing for RBT certification costs and ongoing supervision by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing preferred
• Experience working with children
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday
