Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. Pay Range: $23-$30 per hour, based on certification, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed to address behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Provide home-based direct treatment under supervision of a BCBA clinician.

Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities

• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
