Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills, with flexible schedules and part-time hours designed to support client success. Our compassionate team fosters progress in a supportive home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children who have disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to travel up to one hour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capacity for job's demands (sitting/standing).

Responsibilities

• Implement home-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support development of behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Engage with families and monitor progress.

We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
