ABA Home Therapy in Ruskin, FL is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, reporting progress, training families, and participating in team meetings. Strong communication and reliable transportation are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• BLS certification or willing to obtain certification.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with children with behavior problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in home settings.
• Must have valid driver’s license; valid car insurance; and reliable transportation.
• Fluent English.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB (RBT) for RBTs.

Our Behavior Technicians / RBTs are an essential part of the ABA Home Therapy team, as you provide direct in-home, school, and community-based ABA services to our clients. Our Behavior Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement an individualized treatment plan to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.

ABA Home Therapy has Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities based on our Client’s needs.
