Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking Behavioral Technicians to deliver home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

As part of the role, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social and daily living skills, and community participation to help clients progress toward independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and support client progress toward goals
