Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. You will help implement treatment plans focused on behavioral management, social skills, daily living, and community participation.

The role emphasizes compassionate, creative care with flexible part-time hours and a focus on client success and progress for families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed

Responsibilities
