Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking motivated individuals for full-time or part-time RBT roles. You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required; degree in progress in related field preferred.
• RBT certification process will be supported/assisted by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA services to pediatric/adolescent clients.
• Collect data and document progress for each patient.
• Follow BIPs and supervision by a BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist with daily living skills and privacy/HIPAA compliance.
• Support therapy sessions across ABA, speech, or OT as needed.
• Work toward RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, we encourage all candidates to apply and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for Full-time and part-time afternoon (11:30am-5:30pm) position and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
