Therapy and Beyond - ABA Therapy in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, under BCBA supervision. This entry- to mid-level role emphasizes data collection, implementation of BIPs, and collaboration with families and therapists.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with full-time and part-time options and help to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduates (or a degree in progress) within the field of psychology, special education, speech pathology, occupational therapy, child development, social work or counseling.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within the first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.

We have immediate openings for full-time or part-time positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
