Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement BIPs and support skill development across communication, motor, academic readiness, social, and daily living areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED required.
• Support in obtaining RBT Certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting (as needed).
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support therapy sessions in coordination with Speech or Occupational Therapy.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.

We have immediate openings for Full-time and part-time afternoon (11:30am-5:30pm) position and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

• - Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• - Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• - Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• - Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• - Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• - Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• - Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• - Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
