Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Roles include implementing BIPs and helping clients develop communication, motor, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on‑one, play‑based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
