Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision in a clinic-based setting, supporting communication, motor, and social skills while following BIPs.

The role welcomes entry-level candidates and supports through the RBT certification process, with starting pay between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour and flexible full-time or part-time afternoon schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and data tracking.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills and participate in therapy sessions.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment

Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation

Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor

Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families

Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting

Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines

Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions

Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
