Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Sugar Land, TX seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time or part-time roles. You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection, following BIPs, and collaboration with families and clinical staff. RBT certification is supported with a clear path to certification within the first 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
