Therapy & Beyond seeks an RBT to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism. You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and help patients improve communication, motor skills, and daily living abilities.

We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm operating hours) and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
