Job summary

Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under supervision. The role offers a part-time schedule with the possibility to transition to full-time and includes an onboarding bonus of $250.

You will use evidence-based ABA techniques, collect data, and maintain open communication with families and the supervisory team. Eligible candidates have an RBT certification and prefer 1 year in special education or ABA settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA and ASD is preferred.
• Experience in special education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
