Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD under supervision. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time growth, and includes a $250 onboarding bonus.

You will collect data using an electronic system, implement behavior-analytic strategies, and maintain clear communication with families and supervisors to support progress and safety.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year experience in special education or ABA preferred.
• Ability to work in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
