Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our team for in-home, one-to-one services for children diagnosed with ASD. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies and follow each patient’s treatment plan to improve functional skills and safety.

This part-time role offers afternoon/evening hours starting at 2:00 PM, an onboarding bonus of $250, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and growth opportunities toward Lead RBT or full-time RBT positions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred
• RBT Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors following treatment plans
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and administration
