Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team in Georgia to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a BCBA Supervisors.

The role offers $22-$30 per hour (part-time with potential for full-time), a $250 onboarding bonus, flexible schedule, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and clear growth paths to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning, safety or social opportunities.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
