Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, using behavior-analytic strategies to boost learning and safety as outlined in each patient’s plan.

The role supports families and operates under a BCBA supervisor, with a $250 onboarding bonus and a path for growth toward Lead RBT or Full Time RBT positions. A flexible schedule and ongoing training accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
