Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes applying behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors, data collection, and collaboration with families.

The position offers a flexible schedule with potential for full-time opportunities, and candidates must have RBT certification and 1 year of either special education or ABA experience.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• In-home 1:1 ABA services with ASD clients.

Responsibilities

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan


• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.


• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
