Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate regularly with families and the clinical team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and growth opportunities, including lead RBT and full-time RBT paths. A $250 onboarding bonus is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan

• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
