Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Monroe, LA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans and supporting each client’s goals under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in various settings, maintaining accurate data, and collaborating with BCBAs and staff in regular supervision. A passion for helping others and ongoing professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client’s home, school, or community under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
