Job summary

ABA Enhancement LLC-OC in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to support ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on delivering individualized ABA programs to help clients develop life skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors in homes, schools, and clinics.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and a 40-hour ABA training course; preferred is an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a 40-hour training course in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and any required state certifications or clearances.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Basic proficiency in data collection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress during therapy sessions.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during all interactions.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to discuss client progress and any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Support families by providing guidance and resources to reinforce treatment goals outside of sessions.
