Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions and collaborate with our clinical team to implement care plans.

This role offers paid training, opportunities for internship/fellowship hours, and a pathway to gain BCBA supervision and professional growth in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
