Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring for in-home ABA therapy positions in Arizona. These afternoon shifts involve delivering ABA interventions to children with Autism in natural home environments and collecting data to track progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with development and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.
