Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring in Goodyear, AZ for in-person, 1:1 ABA therapy, serving children with Autism. This role is available as part-time or full-time, with supervision and flexible scheduling to support therapists.

Qualified candidates hold RBT certification, have reliable transportation, and experience with Autism. You will collect data, communicate with families, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Strong communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
