Succeed ABA Therapy is currently hiring for in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy positions in the United States. Roles involve providing ABA interventions to children with Autism in natural environments and coordinating with program staff to ensure consistent treatment plans.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities
