Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Wichita, KS. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, delivering therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Flexible hours and part-time or full-time schedules help you balance work and life while making a meaningful impact. We value compassionate, data-driven care; you’ll collect data, participate in supervision, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to implement

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child
