Job summary

Astro ABA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA therapy in the Kansas City area. You’ll work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans. Flexible scheduling supports part-time or full-time work.

Responsibilities: deliver therapy, collect progress data, and communicate with families and BCBAs. Requirements: active RBT certification and a valid driver's license. We provide supervision, training, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.
