Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with children, collecting data and implementing plans in home or community settings.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growing responsibilities. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
