Job summary

Astro ABA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our in-home ABA therapy team in Gardner, KS. You’ll work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering treatment plans and collecting data.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.

• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.
