Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
