Job summary

Astro ABA in the United States seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA, with flexible hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, collecting data, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and maintaining safety while promoting skill development. A rewarding role helping children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
