Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

As an RBT, you’ll collaborate with BCBAs, collect data, and support families. Requires RBT certification, HS diploma, driver's license, and background check; we offer ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degrees preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA

• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

Requirements:

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
