Job summary

Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health Company, seeks an RBT/CBT for in-home ABA therapy in Kitsap County, WA. This part-time role (20 hours/week) runs Monday through Friday with pay of $17–$23/hour. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing plans designed by a BCBA, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children.
• RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!).
• Active CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor

• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
