Job summary

Expansion Behavior Supports is seeking a part-time RBT/CBT to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy in Kitsap County, WA. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 20+ hours per week, with after-school availability.

You will implement BCBA-designed behavior plans, record progress, and participate in supervision sessions, receiving mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• RBT/CBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completed.
• CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
