Job summary

Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time RBT/CBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Sequim, WA. Work 3:45 pm–5:30 pm on Mon, Wed, Fri, with a pay range of $25–$29 per hour and mentorship from a BCBA.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, implementing BCBA-designed plans, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes. Must have a high school diploma, child experience, and reliability. CPR certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• A passion for helping children with special needs succeed.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!) Active CPR certification.
