Job summary

Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health Company, is hiring for an in-home RBT/CBT role in Sequim, WA. The position is after-school, in-person, with a schedule of 3:45 pm–5:30 pm on Mon/Wed/Fri, offering $25–$29/hour and mentorship from a BCBA.

You will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy, follow BCBA-designed plans, track progress, and participate in supervision meetings with families and the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• RBT/CBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay.
• Active CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor

• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
