Job summary

Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a part-time RBT/CBT in Kitsap County, WA to provide in-home ABA therapy for children. The role offers 20 hours per week with flexible after-school timing and mentorship from a BCBA.

You will work one-on-one with children, implement behavior plans, and track progress, while collaborating in supervision sessions and team meetings to support families and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Active CPR certification required.

Physical Requirements
