Job summary

Childwise ABA in Warren, OH seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will collect behavioral data, follow behavior intervention plans, and support daily living skills to promote independence.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team focused on evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Hourly pay: $18–$22 (based on experience and certification)

• Part-time: 15-30 hours per week

• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
