Childwise ABA in Brockton, MA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one therapy to children with autism, collect behavior data, and implement plans designed by BCBA clinicians. You will support daily living activities and help create a positive, engaging environment.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.


• Collect and record data on patient behavior.


• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)


• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)


• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Pay range: Hourly $22-$28 per hour


• Flexible hours between 8 am - 8 pm


• 15-30 hours per week
