Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time RBT candidates to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

We provide paid training to help earn RBT certification, with ongoing support after certification as you work with families in Newark, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training provided.
• Paid training to help eligible candidates earn RBT certification.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
