Job summary

Childwise ABA provides specialized ABA therapy for children with autism, delivering one-on-one sessions by trained Registered Behavior Technicians. This role focuses on direct therapy, data collection, and implementing plans designed by BCBA clinicians.

Join a supportive team environment with flexible part-time hours Mon-Fri, 8-12 or 2pm, totaling 20 hours weekly, and benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, paid training, PTO, holidays, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered RBT with certification.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on patient behavior
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

• Collect and record data on patient behavior

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)::

• Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour

• Part-Time Monday- Friday 8-12 or 2pm

• 20 hours per week
