Childwise ABA in Ohio is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, delivering evidence-based interventions.

You'll collect and document behavioral data, follow BCBAs' plans, support ADLs, and help children gain independence while contributing to a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Hourly pay: $18-$22 (based on experience and certification)
• Part-time: 15-30 hours per week
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
