Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC in North Carolina is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions for children on the autism spectrum. Roles are in-person, with both full-time and part-time options and comprehensive training.

Requirements include 40-hour RBT training; RBT certification is preferred but we will assist. Benefits include a salary range of $23–$27 per hour, a salary increase after 6 months, a $250 bonus after 60 days with 300

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.
• Excellent references are desirable.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
