Job summary

Childwise ABA in Massachusetts is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, collaborative team.

You will collect and document behavioral data, follow plans created by BCBAs, support daily living skills, and help promote independence. Compensation is hourly $18–$23, full-time 40 hours, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.
