Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in Minnesota. Join a dedicated team focused on empowering families and unlocking each child’s potential.

The part-time role requires RBT certification, a related degree (or pursuing) and strong data collection, confidentiality, and communication skills. You will travel to client homes and collaborate with BCBAs to implement and refine treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience.
• RBT certification through the BACB.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with weekends/evenings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of these amazing individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide positive reinforcement strategies to promote social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and report to supervisors
• Participate in consultations with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans and ensure effective delivery
• Maintain a safe and healthy therapeutic environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with varied hours, including weekends and evenings
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
