Job summary

About the Role

As an RBT, you will work directly with our highly trained and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence‑based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior
  • Providing feedback to BCBAs on treatment implementation and progress
  • Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and data collection

Requirements
  • Current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
