As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in assisting our team of experienced therapists in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team of therapists: As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced and licensed therapists to implement ABA therapy plans and provide support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
• Administer and record data: Responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress, behavior, and treatment effectiveness, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Implement behavioral plans: Assist in the implementation of behavioral plans, including Ivy House Program, and provide ongoing support to clients and families.
• Communicate with families: Develop strong relationships with clients and families, providing regular updates on treatment progress and addressing concerns or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment: Ensure a safe and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
