Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes direct 1:1 therapy in clients' homes, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.

The position requires RBT certification or equivalent, at least 6 months of relevant experience with autism, and a background check. A reliable vehicle is preferred for home visits and community-based work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.

Job Description

You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
